We cannot ship to Alaska, Canada, Puerto Rico or Hawaii, they are too distant to guarantee freshness.

How much does shipping cost?

All prices on the website do not include shipping. Shipping is calculated by UPS, which is based on weight.  Faster delivery methods are available, and are based on the number of products purchased. 

Are there any states I cannot ship to?

Shipping is available to all U.S. states except CA, AZ, LA, TX, AR, HI and Alaska.

Are there any additional fees to ship to specific states?

No, there are not any additional fees for the states we ship within.

Which delivery service do you use?

Your gift fruit is shipped through UPS.

Can I ship overnight or second day?

Yes, you may ship overnight or 2^nd day for an additional fee.

Can I ship to a PO Box or APO?

No, not at this time.

How soon will my order ship once the order is placed?

We try to ship orders within 3-5 days and most ground deliveries take 4 days to receive.

Can I specify an exact delivery date?

You may pay for faster delivery, and you can specify a preferred delivery date when you check out, but exact dates are sometimes hard to meet depending on when fruit is available for harvesting.

Can I build custom gifts?        

Custom baskets are not available at this time.

Our Customer Service hours are 9 am until 5 pm.

How much should I order?

One 10 lb. box (1/5 size) of organic oranges or organic tangerines has 15-20 pieces on average.

One 10 lb. box (1/5 size) of organic grapefruit has 9-10 pieces.

The navel and ruby red combination 10 lb. box has approximately 12-16 pieces total.

Which citrus fruits are seedless?

Our navels and grapefruit will have the least amount of seeds, but no fruit is guaranteed completely seedless.

Are some fruits easier to peel than others?

Organic tangerines and navels are the easiest to peel.

Can I mix oranges and grapefruits in one order?

Yes you may order a combination box of navels and ruby red grapefruit, available in 10 or 20 lb. box sizes.

What are the deadlines for holiday delivery?

Two weeks (2) prior to guarantee.

Will orders placed after December 13th arrive before Christmas?

We cannot guarantee that they will arrive by December 25 if you order after December 13th.

When is my credit card charged?

Your credit card is charged upon completion of your online transaction. If there are any problems with your order, please phone us.

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover only.

Ordering online is very safe. We take extra steps to encrypt your personal information – such as credit card numbers – using SSL. Should I store my fruit in the fridge?

To extend the life of your fruit, store it in a cool dry place.  Storing it in your refrigerator is fine, but remember that fruit tends to dry out in the fridge.

I received some of your items, they look delicious!  How long will fruit last if I store it in the refrigerator?

Your fruit will last about 2-3 weeks if stored in the refrigerator.

What is the white substance on some of my fruit?

Organic beeswax to enhance quality.

I’ve noticed that sometimes my oranges look a little green.  Does that mean they’re not ripe?

A little green doesn’t mean it is not ripe.  Outside color depends on the climate.  All our citrus is tested for ripening before picking.  Our citrus is picked at its peak!

My fruit has scarring is this normal?

Florida organic fruit is susceptible to wind scaring and rust mites, but neither one affects the inside flavor.

Who is Uncle Matt?
